What I Do

3D Modelling & Rendering

Mainly working within the field of Architecture, my digital modelling is primarily constructed by using 3DS Max with Autocad also being implemented to carry out initial draft work. The main render engines used are Vray and Corona renderer. In addition to this workflow, I also use Autodesk Revit to construct technical architectural models with various analytical tools. In terms of reverse engineering, photogrammetric reconstructions are generated with scans processed by using Agisoft Metashape Pro with further processing procedures via favoured modelling programs.

Laser Cutting

Laser Cutting

With the aid of a 90W CO2 laser cutter, I produce various architectural models whether conceptual or highly detailed dioramas ready for various finishing techniques. I also produce 3D laser cut artwork and intricate geometrical etchings working with various materials such as wood, soft metals, fabrics, leathers and some plastics. The primary software I use for the laser cutter is Lightburn.

CNC Carving & Engraving

CNC Carving & Engraving

Predominantly with the use of 3-Axis machines in the workplace and at home, CNC milling wooden components for luxury items. Also, intricate carving and engravings of topologies for architectural models and 3D artwork. Typcial software I use at work and home is AlphaCAM, Vectric Aspire, Fusion 360 & Estlcam

Additionally, i use a variety of techniques from freehand sketches, watercolouring, technical drawings, airburshing and graphic design.
